Crew of 3 total - the couple who run it are LOVELY! (I placed them so I'd know!) Captain's brief: "We are a small team of 3 which means that there is always a crossover of 'departments'. Especially huge help on the interior as the chef stew on here has the most to do!! We are looking for a yes man/woman, someone willing to help out and pitch in wherever is needed. The boat is looked after by us and the owner to the highest standard and we need to continue that and improve as we go forward. Candidate needs to have good knowledge of deck maintenance, and organisation to continue this process. Sailing experience is a must! Minimum ym offshore. Someone from dinghy background would be great as we do race, on crossings we sail, and with the owner we sail everywhere we go, we like to get excited about going sailing! Engineering experience highly valued but no quals necessary for this. Time off will be taken during shoulder/yard periods between seasons. We have a good package available for the right person with repatriation and allowance for training each year. We are easy going relaxed people dedicated to our work but love to get out and off the boat to explore, hike, stay healthy and keep fit and watersports in the offtime keeps us busy. For us ideally someone that has worked their way up from through the smaller boat world looking to gain some experience on a larger yacht and work closely in a small dynamic team would be best." They'll be in Palma for a yard period before going to the Caribbean.
