Must have experience on large sailing yachts, we are not looking for someone stepping up from smaller. Male or Female, YM, PB2, Schengen passport/visa sorted. Ideally we'd like someone who has a solid sailing experience, this could be in dinghies, keelboats, performance cruising yachts of any size plus time on 80-100' performance cruising boats. Racing experience is a bonus. We would expect proficiency in basic ropework incl splicing, good sail handling and climbing ability. As a bonus GMDSS, AEC and wingfoiling would be fantastic. The ideal candidate would have a friendly outgoing manner, is organised and methodical, helps to maintain a harmonious atmosphere and is considerate with our guests. a history of outdoor pursuits and sports is highly desirable along with any musical ability! Fitness is important as this is a physical job. Pay €4500 - €5000 Negotiable. 3-4 mths paid holiday/year, Negotiable. We are a 32m performance sailing yacht, we charter 6-8 wks/year, Owner use is 8/10 weeks a year and this year we're doing trips in the Med before heading for the Caribbean. This role would suit someone who enjoys active sailing, working with guests and is looking for drive time and more responsibility. Were looking for a 2 year commitment. The crew on board are fit and active and enjoy climbing, swimming, cycling, crossfit, yoga etc and have been onboard between 1-5 years, we would expect any candidate to be similarly active.
