The ideal candidate will be fit and active and enjoy diving, kiting, mt biking etc as the crew get involved in these activities when the owners are on, and also when they're off. Ideally 1-2yrs min industry experience, perhaps it's someone who's done lots of small boat sailing and racing and has recently joined the superyacht industry. They'll be working under an experienced mate and have the oppo to learn lots. Also a hands on role, there will be plenty of maintenance and cleaning and the usual jobs to do with the mate. This winter will be yard, then next year they'll be Med, and potentially going further afield after that. Salary DOE - negotiable and up for discussion.
