Ideally already has a B1B2 in hand (or be a US citizen) or be able to go get the visa with provided papers. In the yard the chef will be cooking for the crew of 4 plus chase boat crew (1 or 2). Then they're off to the Caribbean for the rest of the season, before crossing to the Med for Summer 26. Max 6 guests, although it's usually only 4. They enjoy fusion, Med, healthy, fresh, low sugar, low/balanced carb diets. Salary DOE. Happy to accommodate male or female but cabin is shared with male mate.
