They're looking for an active and reliable first mate with the following attributes: * Team player * Good navigational watch experience * Excellent jet tender driving * Happy to be on deck, experienced with over the side window washing work (this is essential!) * Leading 1 Deckie, organising crew during docking * experience with managing yard projects and contractors. Should be experienced and have some leadership skills, manage crew schedules, watches etc. Ideally has charter experience but not a deal breaker if not. There's a crew of 7 onboard with a great owner. They've just had an excellent first charter season with good tips over summer with great feedback - so it's looking very promising for next summer. This winter will be spent in Italy for warranty works so it's a great opportunity to learn the yacht. Requirements: MINIMUM YM offshore, AEC 1 (but happy to do AEC 2 over winter if they don't already have it), Ideally some OOW modules completed. Medical First Aid. Any Drone or AVIT skills a plus. Long term growth opportunities with a larger vessel on the books (but in initial design stages so a few years). Captain is very happy to teach and mentor, but must be able to think for themselves and have some common sense and proactivity.
