Vilanova winters, Spanish speaking is a real plus but the crew all speak English on board (British captain). Spend a fair bit of time in Italy. . Must hold at least a Yachtmaster Offshore. We're looking for someone experienced, motivated, ready to take on responsibilities and train up to get ready for their first drive in the future. Someone hands on, not afraid to reorganise things, or get stuck in with their own ideas. Will be standing in for the captain when he's off the yacht, doing manoeuvres, be in charge of the deck/eng. Would be great if the candidate is also into engineering. Good knowledge of watersports. Will be in charge of watch schedules, safety drills, inventories etc. Yacht is a 2023 Princess. Private only, summer cruising and then winter in the marina in Vilanova. Officially 30d leave but realistically it's more like 120d as lots of winter time off. Annual bonus scheme in place, plus they receive bonuses during the summer season when guests are on. Boss looks after his crew. Salary €5k DOE.
