They'll be based out of Nelson's for the rest of the Carib season with a few trips and Antigua race week beginning March. Then the yacht will be shipped back to the Med be based there for a couple of years. Owner is a foodie, expects good food made from scratch but understands the limitation of the galley. When entertaining he likes top presentation, but if it's just him and friends going for a quick sail, food is super informal. The chef needs to be flexible - they love the idea of a formally trained chef but they don't need the certificates, they want the ability, creativity and adaptability. Performance SY with crew of 4, plus 1-2 on the chase boat to cook for. Max 6 guests, although it's usually only 4.Happy to accommodate male or female but cabin is shared with male mate. The boss is looking at bigger yachts, this is in the pipeline for 2yrs from now. Family loves the crew and really wants to keep them.
