Enjoys activities like running, cycling, gym etc. ALSO very important, owner wants someone who's up to date on all latest technology and genuinely interested in this. Must be fully computer literate, says they had former crew who'd never used dropbox or other basic systems so this is a no go. Salary DOE 10-12keuros for the captain. All crew get end of season bonus of a month. AND they would consider couples BUT… capt cabin is single, so the manager is suggesting we could put a couple in other crew accom, and put the engo in the capt cabin. Yacht runs mini ISM, commercially compliant, works to a budget (not a tight one – but the boss likes to know what’s being spent where etc). They like reports. Must be happy to work with a mgmt co. Cayman flagged. If Master 500gt is not MCA issued must be CI endorsed. Ideally M3k - owner is giving pref to M3k candidates first.
