Relaunching Feb so start date is flexi (I’d say sooner the better but we have wiggle room). Summer will be family focused with the owner entertaining his 3 sets of grown up kids, plus their kids. They’re thinking Turkey, Croatia, Greece, plus a cheeky 1.5wks of charter to kick the season off before the fam trips start up. Winter 26 location tbc, open to negotiate. Officially there’s 48d leave a year but as the yacht will be based in a Med port over winters they’re more than happy to give weekends off (apart from watches obvs) and that wouldn’t come out of the allowance. The owner looks after his crew and wants a good communicator at the helm. Owner wants a confident happy team on board! They’re thinking 10-12keuros for the captain. All crew get end of season bonus of a month. AND they would consider couples BUT… capt cabin is single, so the manager is suggesting we could put a couple in other crew accom, and put the engo in the capt cabin. Yacht runs mini ISM, commercially compliant, works to a budget (not a tight one – but the boss likes to know what’s being spent where etc). They like reports.
