Starting February 2026 in Palma where she is based over winter, this is a full time/permanent role. The chief is responsible for running the interior to high standards. 5 cabins for guests, so max 10 guests on charters. The chief will be responsible / involved with finding and training the second stew too and building their own team. Itinerary wise they're heavy on the Balearics with some Sardinia and Corsica and SoF trips too. Owner will come on board at some stage too. Busy boat, busy season, lots are returning guests. Winter based in Palma. Salary DOE, 5000euros. Plus end of season/winter bonus, boss rewards longevity.
