Looking for a deck/eng who can take initiative, who is well organised and completes tasks. Captain is NOT a micro manager and does not wish to be one. You'll be responsible for your own work, obviously with guidance, training etc from capt and first mate, but really need a self starter. AECs 1&2 required, and at least a season or two of experience on superyachts. This is a small team so everyone mucks in and helps each other - service, cleaning, maintenance etc. Will be carrying out watches.
