Tight knit crew of 4 in the Winter and 5 in the Summer season. As a small team, everyone mucks in and helps each other as needed; service, cleaning, lines and fenders, maintenance etc. This is a lifestyle conscious and balanced boat. As the summer season is very busy, the winter allows for generous downtime, far exceeding the contracted 30 days holiday allowance, to provide time for interdepartmental training (drills to stowage) as well as external training for personal development. Career orientated training is encouraged and allowance is provided annually. The ideal candidate will be health conscious, enjoy the outdoors and have their own hobbies and interests. We are searching for someone who wants longevity as the family like to see familiar faces in the summer when they visit their boat. In return for your commitment and hard work, the yacht ensures that your career development is prioritised, skills and knowledge is shared and a fair, no drama environment leads to a happy, harmonious crew. This is not a party boat. English is the first language on board, but additional conversational European language skills are valuable.
