Starting end April. Yacht will be in Aus, NZ til Aug then heading to Asia. They are looking for someone with good guest cooking experience, great presentation, creative, and most importantly – up for being off the beaten track and adventurous! Able to cope without provisioners and agents. Preferably with a sailing background or at least some sail experience. Amazing owners who never demand but recognise and appreciate great food. Female due to cabins. The galley is up, so impeccable organisation and cleanliness is very important. Experience in remote cruising and provisioning is a huge bonus. Someone who LOVES adventure, sailing , kiting, surfing, hiking etc. Focus is veggie forward menu food and lots of fish. Not vegetarian but prefer less red meat. Rotation on offer 3/3 some flexibility will be needed. Mostly private vessel, but there will be 3-4 charters across the year. Cayman flagged. They have long deliveries between countries. Salary $6k on, $3k off- 100% on-rotation; 50% off-rotation, with benefits (longevity package paid annually). Vessel runs with 4 crew, capt and stew couple plus a deck/stew and chef. Looking for crew with dive experience ideally. Owners won't be on for deliveries or super long periods. The owner is passionate and loves his boat, he is really looking for team members who share that vision and want to enjoy the adventure of going around the world, discovering new places and going to remote locations.
