Male or female can be accommodated. Must be EXCELLENT sailors. Bosun will be supervising and teaching the deckhand, so will have a few years of experience already in the industry and hold a YM sail. Be keen to share and impart knowledge. Will be practical and well versed in all sail manoeuvres. Fluent in English. During season they will be cruising privately, based out of Palma but expected to be in Greece for a spell, plus will be taking part in two regattas - Palma and St Tropez. Must be personable, friendly, team players, and happy to live in a confined space for weeks on end! Salary negotiable. Busy season ahead.
