90m MY Deckhand (Yachtmaster)
Male due to cabins, leave is 4:1 (75 days per year). Starting salary is £2600 - negotiable. Must have sail experience and a YM Offshore. Training package is 50% funding for non essential courses, and 100% if the course is deemed essential - 1 year return service. Annual bonus scheme in place based on performance appraisal. Private yacht with a great team on board, mostly British crew, dual season yacht. Looking for a deckhand with 1+ season's experience, no green crew.
