Minimum 4 years experience, YM offshore minimum, STCW etc. Strong, energetic, organised, good practical skills - paint, varnish, winch servicing etc. Male due to cabins. Small crew and busy deck means 75% practical, 25% paperwork. 6 crew, 6 guest, family yacht, occasional charter, plan to take part in superyacht cups and regattas in the future. Wages DOE but in the region of EUR5-5.5K Leave 40 days but, again, will flex for the right applicant. Great team. Yacht currently undergoing a huge refit in Spain, sail trials in summertime and winter port will be in Vilanova. Fab captain.
